In fact, E&C has a skilled group of professionals that visit every location to ensure the pub can be called, "Beer Certified".

Achieving this is no easy feat as a number of requirements are needed to be met in order to receive this designation:

• Each E&C location has upgraded their draught beer systems to ensure the quality is always the best possible and,
• Our management, bartenders and servers need to complete a training program that imparts the knowledge required to know what makes beer taste great, how we can maintain that quality and how to fix any problems that arise.
