Employee Concerns

Elephant & Castle is committed to a culture where it is safe and acceptable to raise concerns about improper conduct and violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

If you have any concerns regarding any conduct of an Elephant & Castle employee, affiliate or customer, please speak with your General Manager, or if you are not satisfied with your GM's response, you may speak with your Director of Operations, Human Resources or the Chief Operating Officer.

Confidentiality

You may report your concerns relating to possible violations of the code on a confidential basis, or you may report them anonymously.

All reports will be kept confidential to the extent possible, while still allowing an adequate investigation.

If you raise a concern or report of a code violation, you will not be retaliated against in any way, even if there is no finding of wrong doing, so long as you have acted in good faith.

The Process

• Your complaint will be formally acknowledged in a timely manner (where the report has not been made anonymously).
• All reports will be promptly investigated and appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted by investigation.
